I have a TeraStation that is connected my AD and is configured with 4 shares.  There are no problems for users and other domain admins to access the shares, however, the default "administrator" account is not able to access.  This includes the domain "administrator" as well as the local "administrator".

I contact support and they were able to reproduce the problem and was told this issue would be forwarded to development for further explanation.  However, I was never told anything more after that.

Has anybody else noticed this problem and perhaps found a solution?  I already know that I shouldn't use the default administrator, for security reasons, but this needs to be an exception.
