Wrong Serial Number? WHY? i can for sure move 50gb files in fat32 in my mac!

Hello i buyed one Buffalo Ministation lite 500 gb and i want make the update on this site and i can't because have a wrong serial number? i check about 10 times and i put the correct number!!! 

 

Please help me.

 

Strange thing...i use this HDD for Mac ( Leopard ) and Win, and is  FAT32 Format ( have the 4gb limit) but in my Mac i can move files bigger than 50gb...in my work i can't and also is a MAC (but with Leo. Snow ) why?

Copy file larger than 4 GB on Fat32!,

You install Mac OS on the Apple machine only or install on VM Ware?
I heard about this similar.

I tryed in paralels and VM ware and i can move files upper 4gbs!! and i for sure is in FAT32 Format...its very strange...i dont work with bootcamp.

 

i buy in hong kong already try in hong kong site...and don't work....

I have V1.10 but for windows only.

I think that is likely to be turbo usb utility only.
