TonkyMedia - Problem changing settings

Hi

My beloved wife just bought me a LinkStation Pro for Christmas.  I must say, I'm very impressed - not least because it actually works.  I had previously spent the best part of a year trying to get my old NAS device to work without crashing every 5 minutes!

My only issues are:

1)  What am I to do with with all this spare time now that I don't have to be continually "fixing" my... ahem... MyBookWorld

2)  I have a slight issue with the way TwonkyMedia is set up.

I use my NAS box in conjunction with a Phillips Streamium NP1100 Network Media Player.  I'm not terribly good at remembering the names of albums so my preferred search method is "Album Artist" which doesn't appear to be available.

In the TwonkyMedia setting interface, under "Music Tree" is the option to add additional nodes.  I've tried adding "Album Artist" as an additional node, saving the changes and restarting the server.  However, the changes don't seem to be applied.

I'm guessing that the Twonky client doesn't have the write permissions on the NAS to save the config settings.

Any thoughts?  Has anyone been able to do what I'm trying to do?  And if there isn't a way, please can we have the "Album Artist" option enabled in the next firmware update.

Many thanks

Neal

P.S.  My firmware version is 1.10

As far as I can tell the twonky settings are useless. I have tried to change everything on there and nothing has ever worked. The only thing that ever worwed was to change the name of the linkstation. I don't know it its a Linkstation thing though. I think no matter what you change in the twonky settings it all depends on what your media player can handle. In my case I am using an Xbox 360 and no matter what I change I cant see the changes once I go to the Xbox. I can't even see album covers on my movies.
