Dropbox sync on Soho LS720DB

I've enabled Dropbox sync to my new NAS. I just noticed that the modified dates on the share are the current date, not the modified date in Dropbox. Because of versioning issues, this renders this function virtually worthless.

Is there a way to maintain the file dates on files sync'd from Dropbox?
