I had a failed disk in the raid 1 array. I replaced the drive and need to rebuild/reinitialize the array. However, now the web giu doesn't completely load. I get a grey page with some blank boxes. I've tried everything

- reboot nas
- changed nas IP using navigator
- reinitialize the nas using the function button
- updated to the latest firmware
- tried different browsers and pc's

I have seen posts of similar issues but not a real solution. Help?

Do you have a backup? You can fix it but you'll need to wipe the unit.
