Greetings,

Regarding: TS5410DN1604

The unit has two USB 3.0 ports.
From perusing the on-line manual, it appears that the USB ports are designed to allow for additional devices to be connected to the NAS.

Can the USB ports be used to connect a PC directly to the NAS, in the same way, for example, you would connect a PC to model HD-LX8.0TU3 ?

Thank you.

Since this topic is specific to the USB ports on TS5410DN - I have decided to add my question under this same thread, rather than creating a new one.

Can someone tell me whether I can connect a WD mybook drive via USB to the Buffalo NAS, and be able to view it across all my connected PCs?
