Hello,

I'm trying to install the NasNavigator 2 obtained from http://www.buffalo-technology.com/support/getfile/?NASNavigator2.zip" target="_blank">http://www.buffalo-technology.com/support/getfile/?NASNavigator2.zip but the installer silently exits after displaying the message "please wait".

I tried to uninstall the previous version of NasNavigator and retried after a reboot without anymore success.

Any idea of the issue there?

Where can I find a log file of the installation progress so I can understand what is going wrong?

What is the workaround? Can I just override the previous binaries with the new ones or is there more subttle installation steps the installer is doing?

For now, I'l executing the NasNavi2.exe which is part of the installation folder, but this is not a great solution.

Thanks in advance for your help,

Guillaume.

I recommend contacting EU support about that, as the download is on their site.

Running the NASNavi executable will work fine, as long as you're not relying on the Auto power feature.
