TS-HTGL/R5 Trying to recovery re-formatted HDDs

Can anyone help please.
I stupidly re-formatted my 4 x 250GB HDDs on my pc and expected them to work when I put them back into the NAS.
Searching on line I've found out the errors of my ways and know I have to connect the NAS straight to the pc by setting it to 192.168.11.1 etc..
I have found the the Firmware Upload files but think I need a Recovery file first. This is what I cannot get.  Any takers?

I don't know if your model is exactly the same as mine (TS-X8.0TL/R5) under the covers....but I suspect it is, however take the following advice at your own discretion.

After I posted that, I was able to find an earlier version of the Firmware Updater (v1.74) from an archive.  Using that version, instead of the v1.76 available on Buffalo's download site I was able to get the systems firmware updated with out the partition not found errors. Then once it was fully booted up normally with the four drives in place I logged in to the web admin and was able to do a firmware check, and it updated itself to v1.75 and does not even recognize the (?current?) v1.76 as needed; so I've left it alone.

It works fine, and the only other thing I did was use that ACP Commander as outlined in other posts to enable SSH, and go in to enable SMB2 so it can work with Win10+ which is pretty much required imho.

I would expect the unit to boot into EM Mode (Emergency Mode).
Should be visible on NAS Navigator as such, try to update then and report back please

In my case, even in EM the 1.76 version of the TSUpdater and firmware would *not* work and failed every attempt to try and flash the NAS, even with four, non partitioned empty drives loaded.  It was visible in NAS Nav also, while in EM. 

Only way it would work was with earlier version 1.74, which I then was able to bring up to version 1.75 after through the web admin firmware check and update utility.  It's been running for several days now on 1.75 with no issues, and completely synced RAID 10 array config.

I have no idea why Buffalo Tech doesn't provide a working (earlier) version of TSUpdater on their Terastation TS/XL TS III downloads area besides 1.76 since it simply doesn't work to partition/format completely new/empty drives.

Thank you each for your replies.
At the same time as posting my message to the forum, I had tried contacting Buffalo Support over the weekend.
There was no reply until yesterday.
They kindly provided downloads for Firmware 1.33 and TFTP Image.
Having followed their instructions to the letter, the NAS is fully functional again.
