Restting Admin password on the LS220

Hi,

We have a new PC on our network, and yes you guessed it, it cant access the LS drive as Ive forgotten the password! Its Ok for our other devices. I've seen various posts about factory reset but Im still a little confused if this wipes the drives as well. All I want to do is put back the default password/username to get back into the damn thing.

Are the procedures mentioned the correct ones to follow just to reset these and the IP address only?
