We have a critical issue with Linkstation LS200D. After sometime files in the folder were deleted.
the backup log show its doing a backup but the folders are empty (my backup setting is normal)

I really need a technical support from Buffalo to further asses the situation, i can allow the support to remote one computer and do analysis.

Is there a way for me to recover the files?

Some of our employees are so angry because their 1 week files were suddenly gone.

Please help.

The Linkstation will not delete files by itself. More than likely you have a user deleting the files.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.
Having network issues? Drop me an email: info@interwebsireland.com and we will get it fixed!

Have i helped you? Buy me a coffee as a thanks!
