Linkstation live 1TB freezes and power needs to be reconnected during backup

Hi,I have bought a Linkstation live a week ago, but I have a problem with initial backup with Memo software.

 

During backup with Memo software i get an error after a few files and the buffalo linkstaion freezes and its connection is lost.

The linkstation is shown in the NasNavigator but Webadmin just shows a default page, in best case.

I can not see any wrong with the indicated files. If linkstation is restarted (power removed) the file can moved manualy to place.

I have upgraded firmware but that does not help.

Please, always state the model number of the unit you are inquiring about.  There are 3 different Linkstation Lives if you include hardware revisions.

Sorry, The model number i could find should be LS-CH1.0TL-EU. Hope that it helps !

After you reboot do you still get a "default" web admin?  Also when you say "default web admin" do you mean that you only have a few options?  Also what firmware are you running.
