Hi. I have windows 7 64bit running. The above portable model will not be recognised by just plugging in. Ive searched everywhere for driver downloads to get it up and running. To no avail. 

 

It powers on fine...ive changed data cables etc...it is simply a driver issue.

 

I go to the Aussie website for buffalo, but cant get help. ive tried other buffalo sites as well. but my serial number is not recognised.

 

help please

if anyone is running the above drive on win 7 64bit could you possibly email the driver?

Do you have both USB cables plugged in?  Is it showing up in disk management?  Also is the computer a desktop or laptop?
