Rebuild Aray button not available after disk replacement...

I had a failed drive 1 (of four) in my raid.
I removed the disk
I replaced the drive with another 2tb drive
formatted disk 1 (the other three remain intact)
even tried restarting a couple times.

under disks it shows disk 1 as "normal (RMM available)"
under RAID array, it only lists the other three drives.
(I don't see a way to attach an image, but under RAID array (array 1) - the rebuild array button is grayed out)
