When I try to run the exe file to install Nas Navi I get an error meessage.

I have downlaoded the Vista patch and when that did not help I went in manually and altered the security options as instructed from the Knowledge Base (KB#000001). Neither have helped.

Any ideas on why I cannot load the NasNav client?

Which version of Nas Navi are you trying to install and what is the model number of your unit?
