need help

Hello Guys ,

 

I just bought Buffalo Mini Station Lite today ,

 

and i was mistaken , i thoght the hard disk comes with a soft to lock the hard disk itself ,

but im wrong it comes with a software THAT ONLY TO MAKE A NEW BOX/NEW SPACE TO PUT SOME DATA N NEED A PASS TO ACCESS IT ,

 

 

MY QUESTION IS IS THERE A SOFTWARE TO LOCK THE HARD DISK ITSELF???

I am not familiar with that specific device.   Doesn't look like it's on our website.  But my guess as it is a linkstation mini that it does not have a hardware controller to physically encrypt the drive.  Talk to local support to confirm.
