Hello,

I have a Terrastation TS-6VH12TL/R6 with firmware 1.15. Last week our access to to shares served from the unit dropped out and were not longer accessible. We can log into the NAS via the web interface, and everything seems to be in working order. The array shows healthy and the shares are still listed. So far we have:

1. Rebooted.
2. Updated firmware from 1.14 to 1.15.
3. Disabled and re-enabled Windows (SMB) sharing in the share configuration.
4. Created a new "test_share".

We can see it on the network and can ping it by name. We just can't see the shares. I do notice the array is 93% full, so I wonder if there's some built-in or coincidental stop on file sharing if the available space drops below a certain percentage. At this point we're not sure where to go next. We do not want to delete and recreate any shares or reformat and  recreate because this data is our backup retention. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

Reset it via the admin page, System - Restore/erase - Restore Terastation. This does not effect data on the unit.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.

Hi, I have a terastation pro ii that shows TFTP MODE E06: Lost boot image in the display... Is there a way to get it up and running again????

Buffalo model # TS-H0.0TGL/R5, I put 4 hard drives in there, 1TB each

Is there a disc image that I could copy and make it live again?

kevinlec21@yahoo.com = my email

Thank you!
