HELP! My BUFFALO drive can not open , can not format and got the beep sound when i plug in

My Buffalo drivee HD-PET500U2 can't not open and can not format.

when i plug in the to my laptop got a beep! sound~

it is the virus promblem or in side the BUFFALO unit problem

if the same thing is happening on a different PC with a different USB cable then the ministation would need to be replaced.

 

for any data on the device you would need to refer to your backup.

i already try all the usb cable i have but some plug in will light on no beep and no respond,and some plug in will beep and light and cannot open also..

it say want to format the drive so i click format and it say can't not find any drive...

Oops! sorry...I mean can replace a new one? Is it my hard disk spoilt? can I get back my document inside there? Can it  repair?

contact your local support team for more information. your data is probably gone unless you bring it to a data recovery company. If they need to remove the drive from the casing (which they will need to do) then your warranty is voided.
