How to block internet access for a device

I have a Buffalo WZR router with DD-WRT.  Is there a simple way to disable internet access for a specific device (static IP) on my LAN?

I think I found it, I'm always searching for the wrong terms.  Access Restrictions - WAN Access.

Browser ID: smf (is_webkit)
