Can anyone help me with recovering a HS DH1000GL that has the six red flashes (indicating "Hard Drive can not be recognized")?

I have tried reinstalling and resetting and no success.

Thanks in Advance,

Tom

basically your in trouble, you might be able to take the drive out of the linkstation, attach it to a PC and download and install Ltools (an XFS reader) and this might be able to get the data off it for you however this will only work if the controllers of the unit are faulty and not the HDD itself. If it is the HDD itself then your goosed. BTW, removing the HDD from the casing will void your warranty.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.
