Not accepting password

Hi,

 

I have a TeraStation HS Home Srver HS-DTGLE81 runnnig firmware 2.03.

 

I can no longer access the data on it and support have suggested a firmware update. As the unit will do no longer accept a password, after support had be do an init!!! how do I get the unit to reboot.

 

Originally the unit had defaulted to japanese.

 

Now the power button on the front will also not turn the unit off.

 

Help would be appreciated
