cannot delete folder

hi i have a folder that just will not delete. I have tried deleting it by web access and the navigator but it is telling me i do not have sufficiant privileges........i am on a mac

   Please let us know what product and firmware revision you have.

We are having the same exact problem  Are on a Terrastation Pro (TS-RHTGL/R5 F/W 1.33) and use both macs and pc's to access the shares.  The macs are randomly getting the error that they do not have sufficient privilegest to delete a folder, so far have not been able to replicate the problem on a PC.  It appears to mainly be an issue when trying to delete a folder that contains subfolders.

 

Did you ever find a resolution?  Anyone have any suggestions?
