   Trashbox functionality now appears to work - appears if I delete stuff. Still nothing in the iTunes folder. I am currently copying files over to a myriad of external drives for a complete reformat later today.

How did you set up the automounter? I'm not having any luck at all. fstab? What is your fstab? Some other method? My unsuccesful attempts documented here:
