The title says it all. Everything works well but after several hours of non-use by a uPnP client, I can no longer connect. The only thing that works (so far) is to go into the section for restricting client access and doing a refresh.

Anyone have ideas on how to solve this? Is this a dynamic IP thing or does the media server actually shut down??

I have the server located in the basement so going downstairs to "wake it up" is kind of a non-starter.

I'm using firmware 2.1. The clients I'm using support uPnP, one is a PS3 which is DLNA certified.

Join the club. The big word here is TESTING. Something that Buffalo doesn't do much of. Their favorate thing to say is Re-flash the FW. This is BS.
