Can't get Linkststion Live SetUp over network HS-DH750GL

Have just purchaced the above model. Have connected the device to my SKY Broadband wireless router in the next room. Running the set up if says that setup can not be completed in the image on the final page (screen print below). Have also had the red light error but fixed that by booting in 'EM Mode'. Ps I am using setup version 1.01 now but has made no difference. OS = Vista HP. 

 

Any ideas?

Try disabling all of your firewall programs and antivirus.  Then try running the nas navigator.  It should be able to find the device on the network from there.  If that doesn't work try starting your computer up with safe mode with networking.  Even holding the reset button the ls live can help get a new ip address.
