Invalid Serial Number HD-CELU2, from Australia

Hi,

 

I have a HD-CE500LU2, and unfortunately for me, I live in Australia.

 

I would like to download the CD Image for Windows and for Mac for this drive. I can see that they are available in the US Region, and the Windows CD Image is available in the European region, but NEITHER is available if you select Australia as your region.

 

When I try to download from the US or UK region, I get an Invalid Serial Number error. 

 

Could someone please help me download these CD Images? Thanks.

   I have requested that Buffalo Australia add the Mac and PC CD images for this product.

Great! So... do we know how long it will be till it's added? Or can someone with this Hard Drive in the US download the images and email them to me?

 

Even better, can Buffalo support email the images to me?
