I have a LSWXL NAS with WD RED 2TB hd,  I have set up one share folder that I want to access remotely.  I have attempted to use the Easy WebAccess and the Advanced settings options.  Port forwarding to 9000 has been enabled on the router and uPnP is active.  After clicking the save button on the WebAccess page, the page dims and a message box pops up saying "Saving Data"  The message never goes away, sometime after 20~30 minutes the "Saving Data" disappear, but the setting never save, because already session timeout. When try to login again, have to wait for very long time loading only show the user / password.

Any ideas what to do next? the firmware already update to latest 1.63

*have follow the Instructions to properly set up Web Access but also same, hang on Saving Data!
