LS-XHL and Memeo Backup - Memeo keeps telling me "Pending (Destination not available)"

I purchased the Buffalo LS-XHL 1TB NAS. I seem to be having trouble with the Memeo backup software. After making an initial backup of my HD, it didn't completely finish, but gave a message "Pending (Destination not available)". I don't know how to fix this. I've tried to download updates from Memeo but I still get the message. What is the memeo software that I should be using?

Make sure the drive is mapped using the ip address in the run or search box \\ip once it has a letter you should be able to do backups to it.  If you can't use memeo but can access the drive then contact memeo support at memeo.com

Thank you for your response. I ended up calling Memeo support and they looked at my log entries and were able to help me fix it. I needed to disable a bad hardware address and then it worked.  Again, thanks.
