Web Admin - No Access, default login info wont work. Help please!

I am having a hell of a time trying to get access to my Linkstation Live CHL.

NasNavi sees my linkstation firmware v1.07, I can browse the shares via my computer, can get to it via the NasNavi Navigator.

However the issue that I am having is that I can no longer go to Web Admin and login to access my bitorrent manager or change any settings or add users through it. The default login information of admin/password does not work. I never changed it and logged in originally using admin/password so I could setup everything.

 

I have looked in the manual and force the intialization to reset the password back to default by turning the power to off, holding down the function button and turning power to on, pressing the function button to start the intiatialization process. After that I still could not log in with the default login information. 

 

Now it does not work and I do not have access to setting up or changing anything.

I am not sure what else to do. I have email tech support 2 days ago and I am still waiting to hear from them.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try force flashing the firmware on the device.  Whenever you have issues with the web interface the firmware could be corrupted and that's something you can try.
