Is there any way to MONITOR or KNOW, if a WEB ACCESS user is

accessing your NAS.

I just wonder when I'm NOT accessing my NAS and the Hard drive starts to pound away, WHO or WHAT is causing it.

I can look in ROUTER Log, but mine only has IP and no times of who and when.

There aren't any web-access logs or server logs on the Buffalo LinkStations.  I don't know about the Terastations, but not on the Linkstations (such as LinkStation Live).  I believe that the official line is "I'm sorry, that function is not available.  The Linkstation is a NAS device, not a full fledged webserver.  Sorry for the confusion."  ;)
