I'm getting a E04 error (cannot load kernel) when my Terastation first boots (right after the DRAM check).  I have removed 1 drive at a time and tried to boot in both modes but to no avail.  I cannot ping, therefore can't flash the firmware or kernel.  It was working last Friday, but when I came in today this is what I had.  Anyone got any suggestions, or is this thing toast.

Did you try TFTP and EM mode with force flashing the firmware?

This person is having similar issues (different unit but the E06 and E04 for these units is similar).  It will provide links for the information on how to do all of this.
