LinkStation Quad won't boot after new FW flash

I tried upgrading our LS Quad LS-QL/R5 firmware from 1.05 to 1.10.  During the upgrated process, the Quad rebooted itself and never came back up (visible on network.)

 

Now it powers up with the blue power LED flashing.  All drive lights are green.  But I can't see it on the network.  None of the tools work; web interface, NASNavigator 2.18, and I can't even reflash the FW because it doesn't see the device on the network.  

 

Can someone please help?
