I have an LS-WVL86E at Firmware Version 1.71

No apparent issues, 95% full.

I can log in through the web-page interface using my admin account and password.

When I try to mount the NAS on my local system using NAS Navigator 2, it works -- I see the LinkStation, and I can see the drive in Finders (using a MAC) or This Computer (using a Windows 10 machine).

So far so good. But if I try to go into the Share directory, I get a pop-up message that says The Operation can't be completed because the original item for "share" can't be found"

When I try to open the drive from Nas Navigator 2, I log in as

(*) Registered Users
Name: Admin
Password: <my password>

using the same password I used to get into the web-administration page... and it doesn't work.

Note that I CAN get in using the web-access, and see all my files, etc. I can open them, download them, etc.

But I can't mount the file on my laptop...

What can I do?
