How to recover disk from remove disk

I have choose remove disk from web access after change disk, I put same disk back on but i can't access this disk

need more advance thanks you

not a new disk it's a same disk i have remove and I can't rediscover disk

if you remove the disk this will be marked
you have to format the disk now
