HD-H1.0tgl/r5 constant flashing red light - need advice

I have an old TeraStation HD-H1.0tgl/r5 NAS device that has been a workhorse for me for file backups, RAID5 mode.  It is now in a state where it attempts to spin up the drives but gets to a state where it has a constant flashing red Status/Full on the lower left LED.  I believe this indicates a single drive failure.  I unfortunately don't have the TeraNavigator software I used to set the device up, and I cannot find the original for download.

I would really just like to run the device long enough to pull the files off of it, rather than rebuild the drive.  I am wondering if anyone can help me best understand my options.

Thanks,

Scott
