I got a repurposed Buffalo TS-QVH4.0TL/R6 NAS from work without any drives. I'm getting the boot failed error which I've read means I need the boot image or a recovery boot image to fix. Does anyone have one or a link to one for this NAS?

Thanks

I put together a guide for creating your own recovery disk:
https://buffalonas.miraheze.org/wiki/Create_Recovery_Disk_for_Intel-based_Terastation

Buffalo support can also send you an SD card with the recovery image for a fee.

I've also put together a custom Debian installer for these devices if you're interested:

Thanks for the quick reply. I'll give the Debian a try, sounds interesting.
