can i merge 3 of my TS-RHT4.0GL/R5 F/W 1.33 to one big share folder?

You may use DFS to simplify your access.

 

You can access to share folders of other TeraStation, say TS_B and TS_C, from links in TS_A. You can simplify the access, but you cannot really merge 3 TeraStations. Down side of this feature is you can set up to 8 links. So, if you have more than 8 share folders on TS_B and TS_C, DFS can't cover all share folders.
