Emails Notifications are in Japanese

My TereStation TS5200D GUI is in English, however,  I have configured email notifications and they are being sent in a combination of Japanese and English (see below).  Does anyone know how to solve this?

Yes, i ran into this on my 1st terastation (ts5400r).
Log in and go to management->Name/Time/Language->Language
Set Language to English (prob set to japanese).
Set encoding to is8859_1.
