Cannot delete users on Buffalo Terrastation TS5410R

Hi,

I need to delete some local users - but when I try I get an error.

I tick the users in the user screen and then click the 'Delete User' button.I then get the confirmation windows that asks if I'm sure, I click 'OK' - I then enter the pin number that is on the confirmation windows an click 'OK' again. I then get the error message 'Error: Deleting user - The specified user was not found.  OK' i click on the 'OK' button and the users is still there.

I am running firmware version 3.50-0.32

I only have about 40 users on the system.

Please help  :)

I would advise contacting tech support for assistance with this. It's possible (small chance) that a reboot would correct it if you haven't tried that, otherwise definitely contact support.
