I have a certain issue regarding my hard drive. Theres time when i plug in my hard drive and sometimes the light comes on Green or Blue. Can I please have the meaning to this and what can I do to fix this issue. I can move the hard drive as much or it would disconnect from the computer.

Typically the green LED indicates it's connected to a USB 2.0 port and the blue LED indicates a USB 3.0 port. USB 3.0 is faster.
