LS-QV12TL flashing blue power led

My LS-QVL has a problem. The power LED is flashing blue quickly and never stops.
The green drive LEDs come on at startup then go off. The power LED continues to flash.

I tried the function system reset as follows:
Hold function button, press power button. Function LED begins blinking blue quickly. Release function button.
After 45 sec the power LED comes on and begins blinking blue quickly. Drive LEDs turn green. Function LED
continues to blink blue fast. Agains pressed function button for 10 seconds. Wait several minutes and all
remains the same: power LED blinking blue fast, function LED blinking blue fast, drive LEDs green.
Navigator cannot find the LS.

Just noticed that after a few minutes now the power LED is flashing slow red, function LED is still flashing fast blue.
Drive LEDs all green.
Navigator now sees the LS and shows an error. The error is "E30: Drive 4 error. Replace the
drive immediately! I11: Drive 4 has too many bad sectors"

Wondering if this is legit given the state of the LS prev described. The drive LEDs are all
green. Drive 4 is not red to indicate a drive error. LS has never started properly with solid
blue power LED.

Also I'm unable to power off the LS using the power button.

Need guidance to resolve.

Ok, Wow.....I was able to power off using the power button while the power LED was flashing slow red
and function LED flashing fast blue.

I'm powered on now and the unit appears to be functioning normal. It did not reset to factory
default, power LED is solid blue, all drive LEDs are green, no errors showing in Navigator.

Hopefully all is good....
