please help!

   I just received my refurbished HD-CEU2 Drive Station 500gb per my warranty. I lost my old software and do not know how to activate this drive. Also, when I plug the drive in, the green light does not come on. Any advice?

You should be able to plug it in and the PC should detect the unit.  Plug it in and look under "computer" or "my computer".

You should just be able to plug it in.  Is it showing up in my computer?  As for the software, you can get it on our website by going to support > downloads and selecting your product by model number.  Then just click on the CD image and type in your serial number.
