I want to share a folder on the web - but passwords aren't working

We use the linkstation for backups from the server, but now a company wants access to a shared drive.  I remember trying to share a folder on the web before, but now when i click web access, it asks for admin password.  the default doesn't work, and we have no record of having set one up.  Not sure what to do .  it looks like i tried to share a drive on the web, since the is a folder named webshare and Webaccess is "On" .. but i don't have permission for it.
