All right. Last week, drive 3 failed on my XE8.0TL/R5 Terastation. I purchased a new 2TB drive to replace the one that failed and installed it. It rebuilt the array then said that drive 4 is broken. Now it says that drives 3 and 4 are broken and that it cannot mount the array. All drives are the same size (2TB) and I followed all the instructions for replacing a drive. Any suggestions? I really need to regain access to the information on the Terastation. Has the controller failed?
