TeraStation Access Error

Our TeraStation is not letting us access it.  We were able to access it yesterday.  The error message reads "The remote device or resource won't accept the connection". 
Additional message:  "The device or resource is not set up to accept connections on port "The File and Printer Sharing (SMB)". 

The TeraStation is detected on the network and we can access the TeraStation using the network address and review the settings. 

The Model number is TS-1.0TGL/R5.

We looked at the settings and did a cold re-boot of the TeraStation with no results.

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
