I have a Drivestation HD-LC4-OU3 and I can dump anything any size into the drive but when it comes to transferring files out , the speeds drop to 0 after 2 percent. Smaller files work fine. I've checked just about everything.  Ran Fix disk on it and there are no errors. Ive tried this drive on different pcs and its the same issue. Just can't get files OUT of it. I have used other hard drives so its not my pc which runs perfectly. Am  I missing some kind of driver for this? I'm running windows 10

First off, have you tried it on non-Windows 10 boxes? I know you tried different PCs, but you didn't say.

Second, install CDI and see if it's reporting SMART errors.

This isn't a common problem, so it sounds specific to your environment.

**A single copy of data, even on a RAID array, is NOT a backup! Hard drive failure is not a question of IF, but WHEN! Don't take my word for it, take Google's!**
