I have a 1TB  linkstation Pro Duo set up as RAID 1 which I am using as a NAS on my Mac. It is connected to the home router and accessible by the other computers in the house.

When I log in to the Mac, I select "Go - Connect to Server", I have it listed as a favourite, I connect to all the volumes (Info, Docs, Music, Videos) that I have set up on the NAS and I connect as a Guest, not as a registered user.

It works fine. I have all of my itunes music on the NAS and I have set up iTunes to store the music library on the NAS, everything is fine.

When I log off, and then log back on, the NAS does not show up in Finder and I have to "reconnect" to it each time.

Any thoughts?

There should be a box to check that says "reconnect after logon" if thats not checked then you will have to mount the drives everytime you restart your PC.
