The subject line says it all, it seems to be a common issue. I can't get my Windows 10 pc to see the drive. It doesn't matter if I plug it into he router, or directly into the pc via Ethernet. Since it won't show up, I can't run the LSUpdater to update the firmware. I'm looking at paying <$800 to Drivesavers if I can't get this back. Can anyone help? TIA, CH :( :'(

When I run it, nothing happens at all. When I run NAS Navigator 2, it shows the drive in EM mode. I've read that I need to change the IP address to an unused address. I click on Properties in Navigator, and reassign the drive to an unused address, but just get an error message. "This site can't be reached 192.168.1.111 took too long to respond." I've tried different addresses, but Navigator just won't let me access the drive. I even tried to get it to beep, but the error message says "can't open the URL". I have no idea where to go from here....

OK, what if I pull the hard drive out of the enclosure and try to hook it directly to a pc via a USB adapter? Any ideas???
