Webaccess (buffalonas.com) not working

Hi guys,

Ive set up my buffalo linkstation 210 and all works fone on home network.

However when accessing via buffalonas.com, it is intermittent-sometimes it will connect, but its mainly timing out at the moment.

I wondered if its something to do with needling to set a static IP for the linkstation or something to do with the ports. Canyouseemenow cannot see port 9000, but it was working recently with that as an issue so not surr:
