This HD stopped working some time ago when using Windows 7.  I am now using Windows 10.  I cannot back up anything using 'Backup Options'.  Everything seems correct - the disk is shown in 'Devices and Drives', looking at it in Device Manager, Properties says 'This device is working properly',  it shows the Driver to be up-to-date.  I have done a full Re-format.  In 'Backup Options' the messages are " 'Size of Backup: 0 bytes, Total space on HD-EU2 (D:): 465 GB, Backing up your data ....' " and it then stays like this all day - Size of Backup doesn't change from '0'.  Can someone direct me to a solution or should I ditch it?
