I'm wondering what format, if indeed I should be, should the drives be when installing.
I have a Linkstation Duo - 2 x 1tb HDD, unallocated drives. I'm trying to set it up, but it's not straightforward.
I've read loads on here and still cannot find out what I'm doing wrong.
I've ran tftp boot recovery. Had the two lines client 192.168.11.150:1208 etc... After that the LS power light is constant blue. Next in the NAS navigator2 it asks to auto correct the IP address, which I do... From the picture I get, LS is in Emergency Mode. IP address is 192.168.0.150 with subnet 255.255.0.0
So I now want to install the firmware, how please? As I says when I try, no response from LS check network settings. LS and computer should be on the same subnet. Temporarily disable firewalls and try again. They are.
So what am I doing wrong? Please help
Regards
